Power, Reliability and Quiet Beauty…
The VortechTM
The newest addition to the Lindstrand family of burners, the Vortech burner is stunning in its aesthetics, ergonomics, simplicity of maintenance, and all with a 10% increased power boost throughout the entire fuel pressure range.
Our latest burner design features a lighter weight aircraft alloy block and new can design which allows for more than 20% increase in airflow. The jet ring machined from a solid billet of stainless features a new profile and 32 jets. The brushed stainless steel cans compliment the Vortech’s four standard color choices with many other special ordered anodized color options.
The operation of the squeeze triggers is smooth and easily controlled with one hand- nothing feels like the Vortech!
The JetStreamTM
A revolutionary burner when introduced over 25 years ago, the family of Lindstrand JetStream Burners has stood the test of time; and today is still the most copied burner in the world. Right from the start our engineers considered performance, reliability, aesthetics and ease of maintenance in equal measure and succeeded in creating one of the most reliable burners on the market today.
The JetStream Super Single is our standard burner on systems 90,000 cubic ft. and smaller. The Super Single provides total redundancy in a 40 pound package; two main valves, two liquid valves (giving you ultra-quiet for that surprise encounter with livestock and spectacular brightness for balloon glows), two liquid fueled pilot lights, two pressure gauges and dual piezo electric ignitors. Both pilot and pressure gauge valves are supplied by their own independent fuel source. Depending on your fuel pressure, opening one main valve and the opposite liquid fire valve generates a total output approaching 180% of just a single valve.
On the JetStream Super Single, the main valve is a squeeze-trigger valve and the liquid fire is the traditional toggle style.
The JetStream Series 2 Double, Triple and Quad burners have smooth toggle main valves and red liquid fire handles which are deeply grooved to provide a distinctive feel to prevent confusing the two during inflation or in-flight. This toggle style burner includes a cross-over feature which allows you to fire both burners with one hand.
Other features of the Lindstrand fuel system include:
-Your choice of either REGO (hand tightened) fitting or when combined with the optional quarter-turn shut off valve (QSO), the TEMA (quick disconnect) fitting also becomes available.
And although one might rarely consider the annual maintenance of your equipment when making a purchase decision, the engineers at Lindstrand believe ease of maintenance is extremely important. At your annual inspection, all required inspection and maintenance can be accomplished quickly with a minimum of tools.
The burner block is hard anodized in satin black with silver valve bonnets and pilot light handles, making the Lindstrand JetStream Burners as elegant as they are durable.
